This policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.dilista.in By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
Customers can request a cancellation within 1 hours of placing an order, only if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please email us at Info@dilista.in or WhatsApp us immediately for cancellation requests.

After Shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed and dispatched from our facility.

Made-to-Order / Customized Hampers:
Orders involving personalization (e.g., name tags, printed notes, custom packaging) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

We take utmost care in quality-checking and packaging. However, due to the fragile and perishable nature of some products, we offer returns or replacements only in specific cases:

Eligible Return Cases:

Damaged or broken products received (e.g., cracked bangles, broken decor items)

Incorrect items sent

Incomplete order received

Conditions:

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Info@dilista.in with:

Order ID

Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product(s)

Short explanation of the issue

We will assess the issue and respond within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift hampers once delivered

Used, unsealed, or tampered items

Products damaged due to mishandling post-delivery

Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

In some cases, a partial refund may be processed depending on the issue.

4. Shipping Costs

In all cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support exchanges. If you want to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
