1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If a pin code is not serviceable, customers will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing the order.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing Time:
All standard orders are processed within 5-6 business days.

Business Days:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 10–12 working days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 12–15 working days

Note: These are estimated delivery timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete the order.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to help you monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability and warehouse location.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges borne by the customer.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

DILISTA is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delayed / Lost Deliveries

In rare cases of extreme delay, our team will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
